The Intramural Sports program uses an online registration process for all individual and team registration through IMLeagues, an organization specializing in the management and administration of intramural sports throughout the nation. All intramural participants will be required to create an account.

Create an IMLeagues Account

  1. First time participants should log into:
    1. IMLeagues OR
    2. IMLeagues through Facebook and click "Log In," then click "Log in with Facebook" if you have a Facebook account with your school email attached . This will automatically create an account, fill in your information, and connect you to the school (steps 2-4).
  2. Enter your information, use your school email if applicable (@utdallas.edu), and submit.
  3. You will be sent an activation email. Click the link in the email to login and activate your IMLeagues account.
  4. You should be automatically joined to UT Dallas - if not, you can search schools by clicking the "Schools" link.

  1. Log into your IMLeagues account.
  2. Click the "Create/Join Team" button at the top right of your user homepage OR click on "The University of Texas at Dallas" link to go to your school's homepage on IMLeagues.

  5. Choose the division you'd like to play in. (Mondays 5 p.m., Tuesdays 5 p.m., etc.)
  6. You can join the sport one of three ways:
    1. Create a Team (for team captains)
Captains can invite members to their team by clicking "Invite Members" on the team page. Any invited members must accept the invitation to be joined to your team.
      1. If they've already registered on IMLeagues, search for their name and invite them.
      2. If they haven't yet registered on IMLeagues, scroll down to the "Invite by Email Address" and input their email address.
    2. Join a Team
      1. Use the "Create/Join Team" button at the top right of every page.

      3. Find the team and captain name on division/league page and request to join.
      4. Go to the captain's player card page, view his or her team, and request to join.
    3. Join as a Free Agent
You can list yourself as a free agent in as many divisions or leagues as you'd like. You will be visible to all members of the site and can request to join teams, or post information about yourself so teams can request to add you to their team.

*Open scheduling allows players to play throughout the day based on their own schedule requirements. Registration and meetings are completed online.
**C19 is a complete beginner league. It is named as such because this is an acceptable place for someone who has absolutely no familiarity with the sport and the only reason you are choosing to play this sport is because COVID-19 has left you with so few in-person, physical options. It is intended to be extremely inclusive and by naming it C19, hopefully put a little bit a humor in a very tough situation.

Intramural Sports Employment Opportunities
Intramural Official All intramural sports are officiated by UT Dallas students. If you have experience or interest in learning how to officiate, you should apply for a position. Students are provided introductory training, so no prior experience is required.
Competitive Sports Supervisor Staff supervisors help operate nightly events for both Intramural and Club Sports on campus from club team practices and special events to nightly leagues and tournaments. They also help with various administrative and leadership roles.
Contact Chris Gormley for possible employment.
