Outdoor Courts (Sand Volleyball & Basketball)
   The outdoor sand volleyball and basketball courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis and do not require reservations. Please note: University Recreation (UREC) programming reserves the right to schedule periodic tournaments or events on these courts. When this occurs, courts may be closed to open recreation, and signage will be posted to indicate the reservation.   

Indoor Courts (Racquetball & Squash)
   The racquetball and squash courts are not available for reservations and are designated solely for open recreation use. The only exceptions are for UTD graduation ceremonies and convocations, which may reserve these spaces.

Please Note: As a university entity our priority is to provide as much open space for our UTD students to recreate, therefore non-university rental requests will be reviewed thoroughly, and only specific ones can be approved on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Badminton Reservations

Reserve through IM Leagues for Rec Center West Badminton Courts. Badminton Courts may only be reserved up to 24 hours in advance.

Outdoor Equipment Rentals

Interested in camping but don’t have the equipment, rent camping gear through our outdoors program. Information on rental gear can be found here.
