There will be no classes the week of Fall Break (November 24th-28th)

Late entry policy: All group fitness classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late entry is not permitted after the first 5 minutes. This is to ensure the safety of both participants and instructors.
   
No Show Class Cancellations: If no participants arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the class will be cancelled. This is to ensure the safety of participants and to respect the instructor’s time.

Body Combat

Body Combat is a high-energy, non-contact cardio workout inspired by martial arts and combat sports. Set to powerful music, you’ll punch, kick, and strike your way through a total body workout that builds strength, improves coordination, and leaves you feeling empowered. No experience needed—just bring your energy!

Body HIIT

Crush your workout in just 30 minutes with Body HIIT—an intense, high-energy session focused on high-intensity interval training and dynamic bodyweight movements to boost strength, endurance, and athletic performance. Join with this class for a fast-paced, results-driven workout that’s perfect for all fitness levels.

Body Pump

This full-body workout focuses on building strength and toning muscles using barbells and weights. You’ll target all major muscle groups, including the chest, back, arms, shoulders, abs, and legs. The class is designed around a variety of effective exercises—such as squats, presses, and lifts—that engage different muscle groups for a balanced, total-body workout. With a mix of strength-building movements, this class will help you enhance muscle definition, improve endurance, and boost overall strength.

Cardio Dance

Join the party! Cardio Dance is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance that creates a dynamic, effective cardio workout. These fun, easy routines feature interval aerobic training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body as you dance.

Circuit Blast

A fast-paced, 45-minute circuit training class that combines strength, cardio, and functional movements at rotating stations to deliver a full-body workout. Designed to keep you moving and challenged, each station targets different muscle groups using a mix of equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, and bodyweight exercises. You’ll cycle through timed intervals with short rest periods, building endurance, strength, and agility. Perfect for all levels, no two classes are the same-just show up and crush it one station at a time.

Comet Cycle

This high energy indoor cycle class blends dynamic cycling with rhythmic, full-body choreography for a workout that’s as fun as it is intense. Throughout the class, you’ll be taken on a journey of sprints, climbs, and dynamic intervals, all while incorporating choreographed upper body movements that tone and sculpt. The fusion of cycling and dance-inspired moves will challenge your coordination, stamina, and strength, providing a total body workout that feels like a party on a bike.

Core Crush

This class is focused on strengthening your core in just 30 minutes. This class targets your abs, obliques, and lower back with a combination of bodyweight exercises, stability work, and dynamic movements. Whether you’re looking to improve posture, enhance stability, or increase overall strength, this quick yet effective workout will leave you feeling strong and energized.

Deep Stretch Yoga

A calming and meditative class designed to target deep connective tissues and promote flexibility, mobility, and relaxation. This slow-paced practice uses long-held, passive poses to gently open the body, increase range of motion, and relieve tension in areas like the hips, hamstrings, and lower back. Ideal for all levels, especially those seeking stress relief or recovery support, Deep Stretch Yoga encourages mindfulness and breath awareness to help you reconnect with your body and reset your nervous system.

Flow & Restore Yoga

Begin with a gentle vinyasa flow to warm the body, connect breath to movement, and release tension through mindful transitions. As class progresses, the class slows down into longer-held restorative postures, supported by props, to encourage deep relaxation and nervous system reset. This balanced practice is ideal for all levels, offering both the energizing benefits of movement and the profound calm of stillness.

A slower paced yoga class that helps you to slow down your mind and body with emphasis on the poses for beginners as well as seasoned yogis  looking for the basics of yoga in their class.

Mat Pilates

Power Flow Yoga

Perfect for those looking to level up their yoga practice with a more athletic and dynamic approach. All levels welcome, but a basic familiarity with yoga is recommended.

Pulse Pilates

In this 30 minute class, you can expect a dynamic beat-driven Pilates class designed to sculpt, tone, and energize your body. Set to high-energy music, this class blends classic Pilates movements with rhythmic pulses and micro-movements to build deep core strength, enhance muscle endurance, and improve posture. Somatic Yoga

STRONG by Zumba

Strong Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been designed to match every single lunge, squat, and burpee. Totally Toned

A high-energy, full-body workout designed to help you sculpt and define your muscles while improving strength and endurance. This dynamic class combines a variety of toning exercises, including bodyweight movements, light weights, and resistance bands, to target all major muscle groups. Yin Yoga is a slower paced, more gentle style of yoga. We work with basic movements and poses to stretch and enhance the mobility of the body’s fascial network, while attempting to focus on mindfulness of your motion and surroundings.
