Sun Salutation Exploration

Sun Salutations have all the ingredients for a complete yoga practice. In this class we explore each pose and play with variations and tempo.

Zumba®

Join the party! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance that creates a dynamic, effective cardio workout. These fun, easy routines feature interval aerobic training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body as you dance.

  • Classes begin on August 22, 2022 and end on November 18, 2022.
  • Classes will not be held during Fall Break.

Create an IMLeagues Account

  1. First time participants should log into:
    1. IMLeagues OR
    2. IMLeagues through Facebook and click "Log In," then click "Log in with Facebook" if you have a Facebook account with your school email attached . This will automatically create an account, fill in your information, and connect you to the school (steps 2-4).
  2. Enter your information, use your school email if applicable (@utdallas.edu), and submit.
  3. You will be sent an activation email. Click the link in the email to login and activate your IMLeagues account.
  4. You should be automatically joined to UT Dallas - if not, you can search schools by clicking the "Schools" link.

Register for a GroupX Class

  1. Log into your IMLeagues account.
  2. From the "The University of Texas at Dallas" homepage, click the “Group Exercise Classes” button in the middle of the page underneath the scrolling pictures.
  3. Click “Calendar” to show the current available classes by specific date or week.
  4. Choose the class you wish to join and click “Sign Up.”
  5. Agree to the Informed Consent Waiver for Exercising.
  6. Read the specific participant instructions and choose if you’d like to receive a reminder about your chosen class, then click “Sign Up.”
  7. The next screen will provide details for the class, such as date, time, location, and description. You should also receive a confirmation email from [email protected] that provides additional instructions.
  8. Come prepared to HAVE FUN!!!!
