Afro Cardio Dance

Get happy and feel uplifted when you learn fun cardio choreography set to music that combines West African styles with American funk.

Bodyweight Blast

Have fun and get strong using just your own body-weight combined with cardio circuits.

Bootcamp

Challenge yourself with this workout which mixes traditional calisthenic and bodyweight exercises with interval training and strength training.

I'm with the Band–Total Body Tone

Join us online with your own band or towel for this low impact, full-body conditioning class. 

Mind/Body Mix

Yoga, Pilates, and movement are integrated into one class to help you feel centered, strong, and agile.

Power Barre

Sculpt and strengthen your body with this workout inspired by elements of ballet. No dance experience needed! Suggested equipment: a mat, a chair, a couple of 2-3 lb weight.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa, is a breath-initiated practice that connects one posture to the next in a flowing manner. Discover the challenge and joy that exists in each and every moment.

Yoga Flow & Restore

Using elements of both Vinyasa and Restorative yoga, you will flow and connect breath with movement to create heat in your body, and then you will relax into deep, therapeutic stretches.
