UREC Fitness is ready to keep you active this Fall with our FREE fitness classes! No need to sign up ahead of time, join Healthy Comets near and far at one of our classes below.

  • Download the UTD App prior to arriving for your class for a quick check in. Available on Apple or Google Play
  • Fall Classes begin on August 21st and ends November 18th. There will be limited classes during November 27- December 8
  • Classes will not be held on September 4th or during fall break

Class Descriptions

Boxing

Come to our boxing class and experience a riveting full body workout that utilizes higher intensity boxing and kickboxing methodologies that will make your muscles burn and make you sweat.

Cardio Dance

Join the party! Cardio Dance is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance that creates a dynamic, effective cardio workout. These fun, easy routines feature interval aerobic training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body as you dance.

Circuit HIIT

This is the class that will help pick you back up and make you feel ready to take on the remainder of the week. We hope you see you there!

Fit60

Fit60 is our newest offering that brings you high Colaric burn from cardio, muscle toning strength work, and mind-calming yoga all in one 60-minute class. Come experience your new addiction!

Flow & Restore Yoga

Using elements of both Vinyasa and Restorative yoga, you will flow and connect breath with movement to create heat in your body, and then you will relax into deep, therapeutic stretches.

Gentle Flow Yoga

A slower paced yoga class that helps you to slow down your mind and body with emphasis on the poses for beginners as well as seasoned yogis  looking for the basics of yoga in their class.

Strong HIIT

Strong Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been designed to match every single lunge, squat, and burpee. Maximize your burn with the ultimate 60 minute, four part music inspired HIT workout. Stop counting the reps and start training to the beat! 

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa, is a breath‐initiated practice that connects one posture to the next in a flowing manner. Discover the challenge and joy that exists in each and every moment.
